Hello everyone, I’m the presenter Kiki. Today I will share Sister Ingrid’s new song with you. The following is my interview with her on related topics. Feel free to leave a message in the comments section to talk more about it!

What does it mean to bring the gospel to a dying world in this song?

Everyone sees that the world is dying today. We have climate change, many wars and pandemics and other problems for which we have no solution at the moment.

So the good question is: How can we give hope to this world when all problems have no solution?

We Christians have a solution: the good news – the gospel – that Jesus Christ died for us and that he will create a new world and a new heaven. When life ends for us, we have hope in Him. He gives us eternal life if we believe in his name and the work he did for us on the cross. And he calls us to share this good news that when everything on earth and we as humans perish, there will be a new life.

How does lifting up the name of Jesus provide hope in despair?

First, faith in the name of Jesus brings eternal life.

In John 1 we read:

10 He was in the world, and the world was created through him, and the world knew him not.
11 He came to his own, and his own did not receive him.
12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become children of God, to them that believe on his name:

The Bible says about Jesus in the letter to the church of Filippi:

5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:

6 He who was in the likeness of God did not consider it robbery to be equal with God:

7 But he made himself wrong, and took the form of a servant, and became like men.

8 And when he became fashionable as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient unto death, even death on a cross.

9 Therefore God highly exalted him and gave him a name that surpasses all names:

10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and of things on earth, and of things under the earth;

11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Many political or religious leaders wanted their name to go down in history and be remembered. And they still have followers who remember them.

But there is a big difference: Jesus is still alive and there is power in his name. When we receive it and pray to Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ, things will change and happen

What does it mean to resist the king of darkness and reclaim the earth for God?

God gave man the earth and man gave it to the devil and the powers of darkness.

Satan or his original name Lucifer in the Bible is the king of darkness and the Bible speaks of the fallen angels as princes of darkness.

But Jesus had victory over them when he gave his life on the cross.

The Bible says in Colossians 2

13 And you, who were dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, he made alive with him, and forgave you all your sins;

14 He blotted out the handwriting of the law that was against us, that was against us, and removed it out of the way, and nailed it to his cross;

15 And after he had plundered principalities and powers, he displayed them openly and triumphed over them.

4.How does the proclamation of the name, kingdom, power and victory work?
Does Jesus have an influence on the world?

Here we have to go to Ephesians 6,

12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Sometimes we have a conflict with a person and everything seems so harsh and unfair, everything is against us. We must realize that it is not the person who is treating us badly, but the devil who can use any person who is not under the government of Jesus against us.

If we have repented of our sins and accepted Jesus Christ as our Savior, our soul is saved, the devil can’t do anything about it, but he can make our lives as difficult as possible.

But we have the promise of God that Jesus has already won the battle, and we have the promise of God that nothing worse than we can bear will happen.

So when we find ourselves in a spiritual battle, we simply need to put on spiritual armor and trust in Jesus.

What does it mean to be a soldier of the living God in battle?

Life and death?

(Please briefly talk about the relationship between life and death from the sister’s perspective.)

When we begin to pray for a person who does not know Jesus, it is a spiritual battle to win their soul for Christ.

Spiritual battles are taking place in all our areas, where Jesus wants to save a soul and the devil wants to claim the soul for himself and go to hell with him.

Therefore, we must put on the spiritual armor to survive in this battle.

Spiritual warfare and armor are described in Ephesians 6

10 Finally, my brothers, be strong in the Lord and in the power of his might.

11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to resist the devices of the devil.

12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

13 Therefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand and stand in the evil day, having done all.

14 Stand therefore, having your loins girded with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

15 And shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

16 Above all, take the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the fiery arrows of the wicked.

17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching over it with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints;

19 And for me, that a proclamation might be given me, that I might open my mouth with boldness, to make known the mystery of the gospel;

20 Therefore I am an ambassador in chains, that I may speak boldly therein, as I ought to speak.

21 But that you may know what my affairs are and how I do them, let Tychicus, a beloved brother and a faithful servant in the Lord, make known to you all things:

22 Whom I have sent to you for this purpose, that you may know our affairs, and that he may comfort your hearts.
23 Peace to the brothers and love in the faith from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

24 Grace be to all who sincerely love our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

How does the fact that Jesus is the living God affect the Lamb on the
Throne and the Messiah our lives?

The greatest impact of this message is that once we have accepted Jesus as Savior and Savior, we pass from one kingdom to the other.

As a natural person, we are in the kingdom of darkness, even if we are not aware of it, and we are enemies of God and our goal is to go to hell along with the devil and his dark angels.

When we repent of our sins and accept Jesus as God and Messiah, we enter the kingdom of heaven. The kingdom of heaven will be invisible within us. We are sealed with the Holy Spirit until Jesus comes and takes us to heaven.

What does it mean that Jesus paid the price for us? (Explain briefly, because actually I already knew what God did for us.) But most ordinary Asian viewers almost very rarely know)

The price of sin is death. Therefore, man began to die after he fell into sin. First mentally, then physically.

But to cover the shame of sin, God killed a lamb to make clothing for Adam and Eve, and Abel brought a lamb as an offering to God, which was the right offering in the eyes of God.

The Jewish people, who believed in Yahweh God, took a little lamb every year to die for their sins, but they had to do it again every year.

But God promised that he would send a Savior who would pay for all of humanity’s sins on the cross.
And that’s what Jesus did for you and for me and for every one of our listeners: He died in our place on the cross, took the shame of our sins, and prayed for the price we all must pay for our sins .

Now all we have to do is confess that we need Jesus to pay the price and we are free. Of course we are not perfect and we continue to commit sins and mistakes. But Jesus also died for our future sins.

But a true Christian will not treat this lightly and will try to avoid sin as much as possible and follow the path of sanctification until he joins Jesus Christ in heaven.
