Whoever has will be given more; whoever does not have, even what they think they have will be taken from them.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jesus\u2019 Mother and Brothers (Luke 8:19\u201321)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>19 Now Jesus\u2019 mother and brothers came to see him, but they were not able to get near him because of the crowd.<br>20 Someone told him, \u201cYour mother and brothers are standing outside, wanting to see you.\u201d<br>21 He replied, \u201cMy mother and brothers are those who hear God\u2019s word and put it into practice.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Same Passage in Mark 4:21\u201323<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>21 He said to them, \u201cDo you bring in a lamp to put it under a bowl or a bed? My Summary of the Eighteenth Lesson (Luke)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jesus used the example of a lamp to teach His followers that God\u2019s truth is like light.<br>No one lights a lamp only to hide it under a bowl or bed\u2014instead, it is placed on a stand so everyone can see.<br>Jesus explained that hidden things will eventually be revealed, so we should be careful how we listen and obey.<br>If we truly apply God\u2019s Word, we will grow in understanding; but if we ignore it, even what we think we know will be lost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When Jesus\u2019 mother and brothers came looking for Him in the crowd, He said that His true family is not only those related by blood, but all who hear God\u2019s Word and put it into practice.<br>In other words, obedience to God makes us part of Jesus\u2019 spiritual family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These ideas also connect with our Chinese wisdom traditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThe words of the saints are like a beacon guiding night travelers;<br>they are like trees planted by ancestors to give shade to descendants.<br>They light up the crossroads of life,<br>and they are like a magic mirror\u2014revealing the hidden selfish thoughts in the heart,<br>even the smallest specks in the folds of one\u2019s clothing.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>From this, I understand how wise God is, even though His thoughts are sometimes difficult for me to fully grasp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Sister Ingrid\u2019s Comment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jesus says it is foolish to light a lamp and then hide it. Yet some people do this. They may appear to have fruit, but it is bad fruit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Gospel of John, we read that some people will not come to the light because their deeds are evil.<br>Even when our \u201csoil\u201d is good and something begins to grow, we can still be in danger\u2014because a plant needs light to mature and bear fruit.<br>In the light of God\u2019s Word, our fruit is tested to see if it is good or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In nature, many fruits grow in good soil, but not all are edible. In the same way, God\u2019s light helps us discern what kind of fruit we have produced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We may not see the final verdict in this life, but in eternity everything will be brought into the light. If our fruit is bad, we will stand before God with nothing, even if we thought we had something. Jesus will say, \u201cDepart from me; I never knew you.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Q list part: base on Luke 18th items:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Okay. Base on above bible study content, now let me ask sister some related questions.<br>We hope the following questions can be helpful to our brothers and sisters who have just become Christians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.Why did Jesus compare God\u2019s word to a lamp on a stand?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because Gods word help us to see clear what is good and bad. If we don t know what is right or wrong in a situation, we can consult the word of God to get information about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.What happens if you hide a lamp under a bowl or a bed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You are a fool If you do this. A lamp has to fulfill its purpose and be on the stand to enlighten yourself and the environment around you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.Jesus said hidden things must be disclosed. What does that mean?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Often people are not true Christians. They participate in religious activities, but they never received Jesus in their heart and were never reborn by the spirit to become a new creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When they go in into eternity, Jesus will reveal, that they never have been with him and they only had religious works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.How can we \u201cconsider carefully how we listen\u201d to God\u2019s word?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When I read the bible, I am very focused, what is written there. I am asking God for revealing, too, that he explains me about the meaning of that word that I am reading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And when we have got revelation about something we have read in the bible, we have to put it in practice and that is not always easy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But when we don t put it in practice, our heart will grow fat of hearing and each time it is more difficult to obey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.What does Jesus mean by \u201cwhoever has will be given more\u201d?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When we start to produce a fruit according to the will of God, there will grow more fruit when we continue to hear and put I practice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.Why did Jesus call people who obey God\u2019s word His true family?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He called them his true family, because they believe in him, they love him and they follow him wherever he goes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In John we read, that even his brothers did not believe in him. Schwester Ingrids Kommentar zu meiner Zusammenfassung<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Jesus sagt, es ist t\u00f6richt, eine Lampe anzuz\u00fcnden und sie dann zu verstecken.<br>Aber es gibt Menschen, die das Licht verstecken wollen, weil sie zwar Frucht bringen, aber diese ist schlecht.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Im Johannesevangelium haben wir gelesen, dass Menschen das Licht meiden, weil ihre Werke b\u00f6se sind.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Auch wenn unser Boden fruchtbar ist und etwas w\u00e4chst, besteht die Gefahr, dass die Frucht nicht sichtbar wird. Was meint Jesus damit, dass das Verborgene offenbar wird?<\/strong><br>Viele Menschen tun religi\u00f6se Dinge, haben aber Jesus nie wirklich in ihr Herz aufgenommen.<br>Wenn sie sterben, wird offenbar, dass sie nie mit Jesus gelebt haben \u2013 ihre Werke waren nur \u00e4u\u00dferlich.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>4. Wie sollen wir \u201edarauf achten, wie wir h\u00f6ren\u201c?<\/strong><br>Wenn ich die Bibel lese, konzentriere ich mich darauf, was dort steht. Ich bitte Gott, mir zu zeigen, was es bedeutet.<br>Wenn Gott uns etwas offenbart, sollen wir es auch tun \u2013 das ist nicht immer leicht.<br>Aber wenn wir nicht danach handeln, wird unser Herz tr\u00e4ge und Gehorsam wird immer schwerer.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>5. Was meint Jesus mit: \u201eWer hat, dem wird gegeben\u201c?<\/strong><br>Wenn wir anfangen, gute Frucht zu bringen, wird Gott noch mehr Frucht in uns wachsen lassen \u2013 wenn wir weiter auf ihn h\u00f6ren und ihm gehorchen.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>6. Warum nennt Jesus diejenigen seine Familie, die Gott gehorchen?<\/strong><br>Weil sie an ihn glauben, ihn lieben und ihm folgen.<br>Im Johannesevangelium steht, dass selbst seine Br\u00fcder nicht an ihn glaubten \u2013 sie konnten nicht zu seiner geistlichen Familie geh\u00f6ren.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>7. Wie unterst\u00fctzt Psalm 119,105 das Bild der Lampe?<\/strong><br>Gottes Wort ist wie eine Lampe auf unserem Weg.<br>Es zeigt uns Hindernisse \u2013 Versuchungen, Angriffe des Teufels \u2013 und hilft uns, nicht zu stolpern.<br>Es weist uns den schmalen Weg zum Himmel und hilft uns, das Ziel im Blick zu behalten.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>8. Was bedeutet es, dass Gottes Wort ein zweischneidiges Schwert ist (Hebr\u00e4er 4,12)?<\/strong><br>Gottes Wort zeigt uns, dass wir S\u00fcnder sind und Umkehr brauchen.<br>Es dringt in unser Herz und zeigt uns, dass wir verloren sind, wenn wir nicht umkehren und Jesus annehmen.<br>Bu\u00dfe ist mehr als Reue \u2013 sie bedeutet zu erkennen, dass unser ganzes Leben falsch war und wir Gottes Gnade brauchen.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Das Schwert macht uns unruhig, bis wir durch Jesus Frieden mit Gott finden.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:quote -->\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u628a\u4ee4\u6211\u4eec\u611f\u5230\u4e0d\u8212\u670d\u7684\u5251\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u6211\u4eec\u63a5\u53d7\u57fa\u7763\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u6551\u4e16\u4e3b\uff0c\u4e0e\u4e0a\u5e1d\u8fbe\u6210\u548c\u89e3\u3002<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/blockquote>\n<!-- \/wp:quote -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>9. En lampe m\u00e5 oppfylle sin hensikt: \u00e5 lyse opp for deg selv og for andre rundt deg.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>3. Hva mente Jesus med at det skjulte skal \u00e5penbares?<\/strong><br>Ofte deltar mennesker i religi\u00f8se aktiviteter uten at de virkelig har tatt imot Jesus i sitt hjerte.<br>N\u00e5r de g\u00e5r inn i evigheten, vil Jesus vise at de aldri tilh\u00f8rte ham \u2013 de hadde bare ytre religion.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>4. Hvordan st\u00f8tter Salme 119,105 Jesu illustrasjon med lampen?<\/strong><br>Guds ord er som en lampe for v\u00e5r vei.<br>Det avsl\u00f8rer hindringer \u2013 fristelser, djevelens angrep \u2013 slik at vi ikke snubler.<br>Lyset viser oss den smale veien til himmelen og hjelper oss \u00e5 holde blikket rettet mot m\u00e5let.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>8. Hebreerne 4,12 sier at Guds ord er som et tveegget sverd.
