13 Cuando se hizo de d\u00eda, llam\u00f3 a sus disc\u00edpulos y eligi\u00f3 a doce de ellos, a quienes tambi\u00e9n llam\u00f3 ap\u00f3stoles:
14 Sim\u00f3n, a quien llam\u00f3 Pedro, Andr\u00e9s su hermano, Santiago, Juan, Felipe, Bartolom\u00e9,
15 Mateo, Tom\u00e1s, Santiago hijo de Alfeo, Sim\u00f3n llamado el Zelote,
16 Judas hijo de Santiago, y Judas Iscariote, que lleg\u00f3 a ser el traidor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jes\u00fas ministra a una gran multitud<\/strong>
17 Baj\u00f3 con ellos y se detuvo en un lugar llano. All\u00ed hab\u00eda una gran multitud de sus disc\u00edpulos y una gran muchedumbre del pueblo de toda Judea, de Jerusal\u00e9n y de la costa de Tiro y Sid\u00f3n.
18 Hab\u00edan venido a o\u00edrle y a ser sanados de sus enfermedades. Tambi\u00e9n los atormentados por esp\u00edritus impuros eran sanados.
19 Toda la gente trataba de tocarle, porque de \u00e9l sal\u00eda poder que sanaba a todos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las bienaventuranzas y los ayes<\/strong>
20 Entonces, levantando los ojos hacia sus disc\u00edpulos, dijo:
\u201cBienaventurados ustedes los pobres, porque suyo es el Reino de Dios.
21 Bienaventurados ustedes los que ahora tienen hambre, porque ser\u00e1n saciados.
Bienaventurados los que ahora lloran, porque reir\u00e1n.
22 Bienaventurados ser\u00e1n ustedes cuando los hombres los odien, los excluyan, los insulten y los desprestigien por causa del Hijo del Hombre.
23 Al\u00e9grense en ese d\u00eda y salten de gozo, porque grande es su recompensa en el cielo. Pues as\u00ed trataron sus padres a los profetas.
24 Pero \u00a1ay de ustedes, los ricos!, porque ya han recibido su consuelo.
25 \u00a1Ay de ustedes, los que ahora est\u00e1n saciados!, porque tendr\u00e1n hambre.
\u00a1Ay de ustedes, los que ahora r\u00eden!, porque lamentar\u00e1n y llorar\u00e1n.

Amigos, aqu\u00ed va mi resumen personal:
Juan el Bautista oy\u00f3 hablar de todas las maravillas que Jes\u00fas estaba haciendo y por eso envi\u00f3 a dos de sus disc\u00edpulos para preguntarle:
\u201c\u00bfEres t\u00fa el que hab\u00eda de venir, o debemos esperar a otro?\u201d
Jes\u00fas no respondi\u00f3 con palabras, sino con hechos:
San\u00f3 a enfermos, devolvi\u00f3 la vista a los ciegos, hizo caminar a los cojos, limpi\u00f3 a los leprosos, hizo o\u00edr a los sordos, resucit\u00f3 a los muertos y anunci\u00f3 las buenas nuevas a los pobres.
Entonces les dijo a los mensajeros que fueran y contaran a Juan lo que hab\u00edan visto y o\u00eddo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despu\u00e9s que se fueron, Jes\u00fas habl\u00f3 a la gente sobre Juan:
Destac\u00f3 que Juan era un verdadero profeta, que viv\u00eda en el desierto, vest\u00eda ropa \u00e1spera y com\u00eda comida sencilla \u2013 y a\u00fan as\u00ed la gente dec\u00eda que estaba endemoniado.
Jes\u00fas se compar\u00f3 a s\u00ed mismo con Juan \u2013 \u00c9l com\u00eda y beb\u00eda con la gente, incluso con \u201cpecadores\u201d \u2013 y por eso lo llamaban comil\u00f3n y borracho.
Jes\u00fas explic\u00f3 que tanto el ministerio de Juan como el suyo propio forman parte del plan de Dios.
La verdadera sabidur\u00eda se demuestra por las vidas que son transformadas.
Ahora la hermana Ingrid a\u00f1adir\u00e1 una interpretaci\u00f3n teol\u00f3gica m\u00e1s profunda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Comentario de la hermana Ingrid:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Juan el Bautista comenz\u00f3 su ministerio con gran pasi\u00f3n y habl\u00f3 con valent\u00eda del Reino de Dios.
Reconoci\u00f3 a Jes\u00fas como el Mes\u00edas cuando lo vio y tambi\u00e9n entendi\u00f3 que su propio ministerio deb\u00eda terminar para que comenzara el de Jes\u00fas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pero ahora Juan estaba en prisi\u00f3n. Y ah\u00ed comenzaron sus dudas. Seguramente pensaba:
Si Jes\u00fas es realmente el Mes\u00edas, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 no me libera?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Algo interesante es que Juan a\u00fan ten\u00eda disc\u00edpulos.
Aunque sab\u00edan que Jes\u00fas hab\u00eda venido y que deb\u00edan seguirlo, se quedaron con Juan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En medio de su duda, Juan hizo lo correcto:
Envi\u00f3 a sus disc\u00edpulos directamente a Jes\u00fas para preguntarle si \u00c9l era el Mes\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jes\u00fas no respondi\u00f3 con un \u201cs\u00ed\u201d o un \u201cno\u201d.
Les dijo que abrieran los ojos y vieran lo que estaba sucediendo.
Y a\u00f1adi\u00f3: \u201cBienaventurado el que no se escandaliza de m\u00ed.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despu\u00e9s Jes\u00fas pregunt\u00f3 a la gente qu\u00e9 esperaban ver:
\u00bfUn predicador que hab\u00eda perdido la fe en su mensaje?
\u00bfUn profeta con ropa elegante?
Jes\u00fas dijo que si eso buscaban, estaban en el lugar equivocado. Esos hombres se encuentran en palacios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jes\u00fas declar\u00f3 que Juan era m\u00e1s que un profeta \u2013 porque su venida fue anunciada en el Antiguo Testamento.
Ning\u00fan otro profeta fue m\u00e1s grande, porque Juan no solo anunci\u00f3 el Reino de Dios \u2013 \u00e9l lo se\u00f1al\u00f3 directamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pero Jes\u00fas tambi\u00e9n dijo que el m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o en el Reino de Dios es m\u00e1s grande que Juan \u2013 porque Juan dud\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jes\u00fas continu\u00f3 diciendo que la gente sencilla se dejaba bautizar \u2013 pero los l\u00edderes religiosos no.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y al final Jes\u00fas compar\u00f3 a esta generaci\u00f3n con ni\u00f1os en la plaza del mercado:
Unos lloran, pero nadie llora con ellos; otros tocan la flauta, pero nadie baila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cuando vino Juan, dijeron: \u201cEst\u00e1 endemoniado\u201d \u2013 y rechazaron la ley y el arrepentimiento.
Cuando vino Jes\u00fas, dijeron: \u201cEs amigo de los pecadores\u201d \u2013 y rechazaron la gracia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As\u00ed rechazaron todo lo que Dios quiso darles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Well, everybody! Firstly, is still my today\u2019s personal study summary.
      Jesus had just chosen His twelve apostles and then went with them to a level place, where a huge crowd of people from all over gathered to hear Him and be healed.
      He looked at His disciples and spoke blessings word over those who normally suffer in this world:
      The poor, the hungry, those who weep, and those who are hated because they follow Him.
      He promised that though they lack now, in God\u2019s Kingdom they will receive everything they truly need and will rejoice.
      Then Jesus warned the reverse is true for those who have plenty now\u2014 the rich, the well-fed, those who laugh without care, and those who are praised by everyone.
      Because they already enjoy the comforts and approval of this world, they will face loss and sorrow in God\u2019s future Kingdom.
      In this \u201cSermon on the Plain,\u201d Jesus turns common ideas of happiness upside down, showing that true blessing isn\u2019t based on money, food,
      or popularity, but on God\u2019s promise to care for those who trust Him, especially in hard times.

      3.Sister\u2019s comment from my studying summary:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      In this text we hear about how Jesus chose the 12 apostles. He spent the whole night in prayer before taking a decision. That should be an example for us, too, to take a good time in prayer before taking an important decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The apostles were 12 men who got a special training from Jesus. He wanted them to preach the gospel after his resurrection and when he will have gone to heaven. So, they were the nearest persons to Jesus while he was on Earth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      A good question is, why he has chosen Judas Iscariot. First, the old testimony says, that one of his nearest wills betray him and Judas decided by his own hand to betray Jesus. Jesus gave him a lot of opportunities for not to do this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Judas Iscariot is an example, that Jesus gives everybody a chance to be with him, the good ones and the bad ones. Judas wanted to be a betrayer and Jesus did not hold him back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Then Jesus came down to a field and a multiple crowd from all directions came to him for to touch him and for to be healed, because there was power streaming from him. It is like a fountain, you come to a point with a center there you find water. Here, the people did not find water, they found Jesus who was healing all of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Most people went home, but some stayed for to become disciples. To this disciple Jesus tells the beatitudes and the wows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      In this sermon, Jesus explains, what are the costs to be a disciple:
      A disciple will be poor, hungry they will weep and they will be persecuted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If this occurs to us, we shall not be said, because Jesus said, that this will happen and that we get a great reward in heaven if we persevere as a disciple even this is happening to us and he compares us to the real prophets in the old testimony, when we are in this situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The wows are for that disciple, that try to avoid to follow Jesus and to come in this situation. Those, who long for to be rich. Those who have their stomach as their God as is it written in other part of the bible. Those who like to laugh and enjoy earthly fun and those who seek, that all people talk well of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Of course it is not bad, to have all these things, we may have money and we may have food, but the dangerous thing is, if we are empowering ourselves for to get it and when we are setting it higher as the kingdom of God. Jesus says in other text, than we are not worthy to be his disciples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      To be blessed was a very strong word in the time of Jesus and this caused anger at many people, that just those, who the world sees as inferior and low-worthy are high in the kingdom of God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        When you have a lot of things, you have to leave them at one day. Those who have few earthly things will go with joy to heaven, because a better place is waiting for them there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
        A friend of mine was looking after a 104 years old man. And it cost him 4 days of agony for to die, because his heart was full of the things he had on earth and it was difficult to leave the things behind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
        Of course, you may have things on earth, but you should not put your heart in those things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
        3. What does it mean that \u201cyours is the kingdom of God\u201d?<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n
        Jesus describes here the price of following him. When we follow him this way, we get the kingdom of God as a reward in the end of our earthly life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
        4. How can someone \u201crejoice and leap for joy\u201d when they are hated for Jesus\u2019 sake?<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n
        We shall be happy, even the utter circumstances are bad, because we get joy and consolation in the word of Jesus which tells us, that we will get great things and our suffering will not be eternal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
        5. What warning did Jesus give to those who are rich now?<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n
        He says, they already had their prosperity and consolation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
        6. How do the \u201cwoes\u201d balance the \u201cblessings\u201d?<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n
        It is just the opposite. You can choose, do you want to choose to be rich or to poor for example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Do I seek my joy to go to the casino or the discotheque, or do I seek my joy in the presence of Jesus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        A level place is a field, so everybody could see him and everybody had the option to decide if he want to go or to stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        They give consolation. Here in the western world, we still don t have so much persecution, apart from the persecution of welfare.         Amigos, aqu\u00ed va mi resumen personal:
        Juan el Bautista oy\u00f3 hablar de todas las maravillas que Jes\u00fas estaba haciendo y por eso envi\u00f3 a dos de sus disc\u00edpulos para preguntarle:
        \u201c\u00bfEres t\u00fa el que hab\u00eda de venir, o debemos esperar a otro?\u201d
        Jes\u00fas no respondi\u00f3 con palabras, sino con hechos:
        San\u00f3 a enfermos, devolvi\u00f3 la vista a los ciegos, hizo caminar a los cojos, limpi\u00f3 a los leprosos, hizo o\u00edr a los sordos, resucit\u00f3 a los muertos y anunci\u00f3 las buenas nuevas a los pobres.
        Entonces les dijo a los mensajeros que fueran y contaran a Juan lo que hab\u00edan visto y o\u00eddo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
        Despu\u00e9s que se fueron, Jes\u00fas habl\u00f3 a la gente sobre Juan:
        Destac\u00f3 que Juan era un verdadero profeta, que viv\u00eda en el desierto, vest\u00eda ropa \u00e1spera y com\u00eda comida sencilla \u2013 y a\u00fan as\u00ed la gente dec\u00eda que estaba endemoniado.
        Jes\u00fas se compar\u00f3 a s\u00ed mismo con Juan \u2013 \u00c9l com\u00eda y beb\u00eda con la gente, incluso con \u201cpecadores\u201d \u2013 y por eso lo llamaban comil\u00f3n y borracho.
        Jes\u00fas explic\u00f3 que tanto el ministerio de Juan como el suyo propio forman parte del plan de Dios.
        La verdadera sabidur\u00eda se demuestra por las vidas que son transformadas.
        Ahora la hermana Ingrid a\u00f1adir\u00e1 una interpretaci\u00f3n teol\u00f3gica m\u00e1s profunda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        3. Comentario de la hermana Ingrid:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        Juan el Bautista comenz\u00f3 su ministerio con gran pasi\u00f3n y habl\u00f3 con valent\u00eda del Reino de Dios.
        Reconoci\u00f3 a Jes\u00fas como el Mes\u00edas cuando lo vio y tambi\u00e9n entendi\u00f3 que su propio ministerio deb\u00eda terminar para que comenzara el de Jes\u00fas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
        Pero ahora Juan estaba en prisi\u00f3n. Y ah\u00ed comenzaron sus dudas. Seguramente pensaba:
        Si Jes\u00fas es realmente el Mes\u00edas, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 no me libera?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
        Algo interesante es que Juan a\u00fan ten\u00eda disc\u00edpulos.
        Aunque sab\u00edan que Jes\u00fas hab\u00eda venido y que deb\u00edan seguirlo, se quedaron con Juan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
        En medio de su duda, Juan hizo lo correcto:
        Envi\u00f3 a sus disc\u00edpulos directamente a Jes\u00fas para preguntarle si \u00c9l era el Mes\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
        Jes\u00fas no respondi\u00f3 con un \u201cs\u00ed\u201d o un \u201cno\u201d.
        Les dijo que abrieran los ojos y vieran lo que estaba sucediendo.
        Y a\u00f1adi\u00f3: \u201cBienaventurado el que no se escandaliza de m\u00ed.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
        Despu\u00e9s Jes\u00fas pregunt\u00f3 a la gente qu\u00e9 esperaban ver:
        \u00bfUn predicador que hab\u00eda perdido la fe en su mensaje?
        \u00bfUn profeta con ropa elegante?
        Jes\u00fas dijo que si eso buscaban, estaban en el lugar equivocado. Esos hombres se encuentran en palacios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
        Jes\u00fas declar\u00f3 que Juan era m\u00e1s que un profeta \u2013 porque su venida fue anunciada en el Antiguo Testamento.
        Ning\u00fan otro profeta fue m\u00e1s grande, porque Juan no solo anunci\u00f3 el Reino de Dios \u2013 \u00e9l lo se\u00f1al\u00f3 directamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
        Pero Jes\u00fas tambi\u00e9n dijo que el m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o en el Reino de Dios es m\u00e1s grande que Juan \u2013 porque Juan dud\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
        Jes\u00fas continu\u00f3 diciendo que la gente sencilla se dejaba bautizar \u2013 pero los l\u00edderes religiosos no.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
        Y al final Jes\u00fas compar\u00f3 a esta generaci\u00f3n con ni\u00f1os en la plaza del mercado:
        Unos lloran, pero nadie llora con ellos; otros tocan la flauta, pero nadie baila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
        Cuando vino Juan, dijeron: \u201cEst\u00e1 endemoniado\u201d \u2013 y rechazaron la ley y el arrepentimiento.

          Also, Freunde \u2013 hier ist meine pers\u00f6nliche Zusammenfassung:
          Johannes der T\u00e4ufer h\u00f6rt von all den wunderbaren Dingen, die Jesus tut, und schickt deshalb zwei seiner J\u00fcnger zu Jesus, um zu fragen:
          \u201eBist du wirklich der Messias, oder sollen wir auf einen anderen warten?\u201c
          Jesus antwortet nicht mit Worten, sondern mit Taten:

          3. Kommentar von Schwester Ingrid:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
          Johannes der T\u00e4ufer begann seinen Dienst voller Leidenschaft und sprach mutig \u00fcber das Reich Gottes.
          Er erkannte Jesus als Messias, als er Ihm begegnete, und wusste auch, dass sein eigener Dienst nun zu Ende ging und der Dienst Jesu beginnen w\u00fcrde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
          Doch inzwischen war Johannes im Gef\u00e4ngnis. Dort bekam er Zweifel. Sicherlich fragte er sich: Wenn Jesus wirklich der Messias ist \u2013 warum hilft Er mir dann nicht?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
          Etwas Interessantes ist, dass Johannes noch J\u00fcnger hatte.
          Obwohl sie wussten, dass Jesus gekommen war und dass sie Ihm nun folgen sollten, blieben sie bei Johannes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
          In seinem Zweifel tat Johannes das einzig Richtige:
          Er schickte seine J\u00fcnger direkt zu Jesus, um Ihn zu fragen, ob Er wirklich der Messias ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
          Jesus antwortete nicht mit \u201eJa\u201c oder \u201eNein\u201c.
          Er ermutigte sie, ihre Augen zu \u00f6ffnen und selbst zu sehen, was geschah.
          Und Er sagte, dass gesegnet ist, wer sich nicht an Ihm st\u00f6\u00dft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
          Dann fragte Jesus die Leute, was sie eigentlich sehen wollten:
          Einen Prediger, der am Ende selbst nicht mehr an seine Botschaft glaubt?
          Oder einen Propheten mit feiner Kleidung?
          Jesus sagt, wer das erwartet, ist am falschen Ort. Solche Leute findet man in Pal\u00e4sten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
          Jesus erkl\u00e4rt, dass Johannes mehr als ein Prophet war \u2013 denn \u00fcber ihn wurde im Alten Testament prophezeit.
          Kein anderer Prophet war gr\u00f6\u00dfer, denn Johannes verk\u00fcndigte nicht nur, dass das Reich Gottes kommt \u2013 er zeigte: Es ist da.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
          Doch Jesus sagt auch, dass der Kleinste im Reich Gottes gr\u00f6\u00dfer ist als Johannes \u2013 denn Johannes hatte zuletzt Zweifel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Am Ende vergleicht Jesus die Generation mit Kindern auf dem Marktplatz:

            Johannes D\u00f8peren fikk h\u00f8re om alt det fantastiske Jesus gjorde, og derfor sendte han to av disiplene sine for \u00e5 sp\u00f8rre:

            Jesus svarte ikke med ord, men med handling:
            Han helbredet syke, ga blinde synet tilbake, gjorde lamme i stand til \u00e5 g\u00e5, renset spedalske, \u00e5pnet d\u00f8ve \u00f8rer, reiste opp d\u00f8de og forkynte evangeliet for de fattige.

            Da de dro, begynte Jesus \u00e5 tale til folket om Johannes:

            Johannes D\u00f8peren startet tjenesten sin med stor lidenskap.
            Han talte frimodig om Guds rike og pekte ut Jesus som Messias da han kom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
            Men n\u00e5 satt Johannes i fengsel. Og der begynte tvilen \u00e5 snike seg inn.
            Han tenkte kanskje:
            Hvis Jesus virkelig er Messias \u2013 hvorfor redder han meg ikke?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
            Det er ogs\u00e5 interessant at Johannes fortsatt hadde disipler.
            Selv om de visste at Jesus var kommet og at de burde f\u00f8lge ham, ble de hos Johannes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
            I sin tvil gjorde Johannes noe veldig riktig:
